Dec 2017 – Sep 2018 | Pune Grabox was a Pune-based food and beverage e-commerce startup. This was a lean-team environment where I operated across strategy, brand, content, and operations simultaneously.

  • Led market research identifying strategic growth opportunities — translated directly into customer acquisition and retention improvements.
  • Developed brand positioning frameworks that differentiated the product in a competitive e-commerce landscape.
  • Managed digital marketing, content production, and campaign execution with minimal resourcing.

What this role developed: End-to-end ownership in a resource-constrained environment. The discipline of doing strategic work without a supporting structure.
