📣 One Idea, Seven Posts

Daily posting does not die from lack of ideas. It dies from extraction: the friction of turning something you noticed into a post shaped for a platform, every day, forever. The raw material is everywhere. The refinery is missing.

This is the refinery. Feed it rough material, voice notes, rants, articles, wins, arguments you had in your head on the walk. It interviews you, mines the angles, then adapts each angle into the format its platform actually rewards. You stay the editor. Nothing ships unedited.

Step 1: Feed it raw material

Collect the week’s residue before it evaporates: things you said out loud, half-thoughts, bookmarks, customer complaints, a take you gave twice at dinner. Volume beats polish. Ten messy inputs beat one clean one.

Step 2: Run the mining interview

# ROLE
You are a content miner. Extract every post-worthy angle from my raw material, then interrogate me until each angle is specific enough to publish.

# PHASE 1: MINING
Read my raw material below. List every distinct angle, opinion, story or tension you find. For each: the angle in one line, why it might resonate, and which platform fits it best.

# PHASE 2: INTERROGATION
For the five strongest angles, ask me up to three questions each: what actually happened, what most people get wrong about it, what I would tell a friend privately. Wait for my answers before continuing.

# PHASE 3: GENERATION
Using my answers, write for each angle:
- One LinkedIn post (150-250 words, story first, lesson last)
- Three X posts (under 280 characters each, one idea per post)
- One Instagram caption (short, paired with a described image)
- One short-form video hook (first three lines, spoken language)

# RULES
My answers override my raw material. No motivational filler, no engagement-bait questions, no sentence I would not say aloud. Mark any claim you invented as INVENTED so I can kill it.

# RAW MATERIAL
[Paste everything]

The interview matters more than the generation. Answer its questions honestly and specifically; vague answers produce vague posts. This is where your experience enters the machine.

Step 3: Adapt per platform

Take every angle worth keeping through adaptation: LinkedIn wants the story and the lesson, X wants the single sharp line, Instagram wants the visual pair, short-form video wants the hook spoken aloud. Same idea, different bodies. Never paste one post across all four; each platform’s format is a constraint that sharpens the idea, not a nuisance to bypass.

Step 4: Validate and spin off

Post, watch, and let evidence pick winners. When something outperforms, make spin-offs of it before making anything new. The full validation loop, from winner analysis to newsletter multiplication, lives in the 3-layer content creation system. This engine feeds it, and the specialists finish the job: deep post ideas, video titles, the thought partner.

Voice guardrails

The more the engine knows how you actually write, the less everything sounds like everyone. Before the first run, give it five of your own posts you would sign again and two writers whose rhythm you steal from. Then enforce one rule without mercy: read every draft aloud, cut every sentence you would never say, rewrite the rest in your own words before posting. Generation is the shortcut. Voice is the product.

✅ Action checklist

  • Dump ten raw inputs into one document
  • Run the mining interview once, end to end
  • Ship one adapted post per platform this week, edited by hand
  • Note which angle won; feed the winner back in as raw material
